FreePresenter: Ashley M. Zultanky, Psy.D., Behavior Therapy Associates
Date: June 30th from 12:30pm – 2:00pm
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused considerable upheaval to the lives of individuals across the world. Millions of people were suddenly required to leave the workplace and work from home. Many individuals may never return to an office setting with any regularity, as small business and larger corporations are closing offices and instituting new remote working procedures. In the melee of a global pandemic it is common to experience feelings of fatigue, fear, frustration, and a lack of motivation to engage in normal activities of daily living. This may include avoiding getting dressed in work attire, showering daily, participating in conference calls, completing expected tasks, etc.). In many areas, social restrictions are slowly lifting, while in other areas we can only watch and wait to see what happens. In order to fully experience the sense of loss of “normalcy” that we were accustomed to, first we must be aware of our thoughts and feelings, acknowledge what is in our immediate control, be mindful of the “dictator within” (our mind leading us where it wants to), and live in a values-driven way that brings intention and meaning to our lives.
Join Dr. Ashley Zultanky for a 1-hour webinar on developing tools and strategies to better manage the challenges related to working remotely, identify the meaningful direction(s) you want to move, and commit to more productivity so that your life is more fulfilling. This webinar is appropriate for individuals in all areas of work, at all level, including those seeking employment now or in the future.
