Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated, licensed psychologist or license-eligible psychologist to become part of our diverse family of professionals committed to evidence-based practice serving a wide variety of individuals, couples, and families. The successful applicant will be a creative, energetic, self-starter who enjoys and has experience presenting workshops and at conferences, sharing their knowledge, and continuing to learn.
Requirements:
Training completed in a clinical/counseling or school psychology doctoral program. Training, experience, and interest in the fields of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and 3rd wave CBT (e.g., ACT, DBT, MBSR). Experience in and passion for providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults; group therapy; social skills training; school-based consultation; psychoeducational evaluations; and functional behavior assessments. Desired (although not required) – Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and/or is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).

Behavior Therapy Associates (BTA) is seeking an energetic individual to join our collegial private group practice as we continue to expand our Autism Spectrum Disorder services. Applicant must have specific skills with this population using Applied Behavior Analysis and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Expertise in Functional Behavioral Assessments, Program Evaluations, and Home Programming is essential. The individual must be comfortable with self-promotion and desire to provide workshops and presentations to the professional and non-professional communities. It is preferred that the individual has a Psy.D./Ph.D. in psychology who is licensed/licensed eligible in New Jersey. BTA provides a range of assessment, intervention and consultation services to individuals, couples, families and adults.
