Briana D. Ostrosky, Ph.D., BCBA-D is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level. Dr. Ostrosky graduated from Caldwell University with a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She also holds a M.A. in ABA from Caldwell University and B.S. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Dr. Ostrosky has worked with public and private schools providing consultation, evaluations, and staff training, as well as in the home focusing on parent training, community outings, and generalization of skills outside the school setting. She conducts functional behavior assessments (FBA’s) and functional analyses (FA’s) to develop individualized, function-based treatment plans. In addition to her expertise in implementing evidence-based treatments in collaboration with schools and parents, Dr. Ostrosky specializes in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for individuals across the lifespan. She also has expertise in leading professional development workshops and webinars.

Dr. Ostrosky holds a position as an adjunct professor at Manhattanville College University, teaching ABA at the graduate level, and volunteers with the Association for Science in Autism Treatment (ASAT). Her research interests include stimulus equivalence-based instruction, group contingencies in applied settings, behavior reduction, and self-management. Dr. Ostrosky is a member of the New Jersey Association for Behavior Analysis (NJABA), Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BABAT), and Association for
Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
